I sleep better!
I came to see Nick due to pain and weakness in my neck and right shoulder.
I was not able to sleep without pain/ disruption and lift heavy objects. After few sessions the pain has mostly gone.

I don’t don’t get tight and stiff shoulder!
I came to see Liz and Gary due to trapped nerve in shoulder also causing pain in right arm.
It was difficult to drive or work using computer but also to sit and sleep. After my treatment the pain has greatly reduced and I drive further, sleep better and working is not uncomfortable anymore.
I am more aware of my body/posture. I am straighter and don’t get tight and stiff shoulder as often.

I can now wash my back for the first time in years!
I felt awful, my body hurt from top to bottom, my back left elbow, right shoulder and more. I couldn’t get my right arm behind my back.

My pain taht I had for 10 years has gone!
I came to see Liz and Nick because I had pain in my left shoulder which restricted movement in my neck.
